Ants

Ants are one of the tiniest and most annoying insect that we can think of. Yet, despite their disgusting nobility they are seen by scientists as earth’s most successful species because there are over 20,000 different species of them. These interesting insects have many different types of homes that they build themselves. We all know the most common home is the one they build out of dirt and sand. Other homes that we would probly not recognize so easily are ones that they build using not only dirt, but also sticks. These homes are more durable and are protected most of the time from the rain.

Crocodiles

Most crocodiles can eat just about anything they want. Their long narrow snouts are rimmed with sharp teeth that can tear apart large prey or snatch anything tasty that happens to float by them. Those fierce teeth however, are not meant for chewing, instead they are meant for breaking up crab and turtle shells, or for crushing bones, even hooves and horns, so that they will fit down the croc’s throat.

Dinosaurs have always been a source of interest because they are extinct and because they are so mysterious. There are many different types of dinosaurs that have been discovered, but there is always something new to learn about.
