Cheetahs

An adult cheetah has yellow and sometimes tan fur with solid black round or oval spots. The spots cover nearly their whole body; only the white throat and abdomen are unmarked by anything. The tail ends with 4-6 black rings and a bushy, white tuft. The spot pattern plus the ring pattern on the tail helps humans to identify different cheetahs. The head is small with eyes set high and a black “tear mark” running from the inner aspect of each eye down to the mouth.

Corn Snakes

Corn snakes are one of the most popular pet snakes that you will be able to find and they are also one of the most available. These snakes have a dazzling array of colors they are very easy to breed and do not require large enclosures. The corn sakes, which are most often found in the Southeast part of the United States, are often found in the wild living in wooded areas, farmland and abandoned buildings and outbuildings. They are able to adapt to a wide range of environmental conditions. This trait is what makes them so easy to care for as pets.

Tree Frogs

As an adult the tree frog is brightly colored all over its body. The body is predominantly neon green but it is usually splashed with other colors like blue or yellow. The upper legs are usually bright blue and the feet are orange or red. The coloration of this tree frog is definitely eye catching.

Golden Lion Tamarin

Lion tamarins are unusual creatures. For some of you who have never seen or heard of these animals you might think that we are referring to acctual lions. These creatures look much like monkeys or at least a form of monkeys. Lion tamarins have a mane that extends from long hairs that are on the top of their heads, cheeks, and throats. They are mainly golden with orange, brown, and black colorations that can be found on the tail and forepaws. They usually weigh up to 1.1 lb.
